Bad Coyote exists because the traditional production model is broken. Too many layers. Too many people who never touch the work. Too much disappearing into overhead before it reaches the screen.

I started Bad Coyote to reverse that. One senior lead runs every project from brief to final delivery. Specialist crews are assembled around the idea, not an org chart.

The result is ambitious work that doesn't require an ambitious infrastructure to produce.
